Wedding Craig and Maryssa

The wedding is not half a good explanation for being such an unfaithful blogger, but anyway. Here is a picture of Craig and Maryssa's wedding we attended in South-Africa. Clicking on it leads you to my set of 22 photos of the wedding.

Happy New Year, Koos, and thanks for putting up such beautiful photos. The colours are so bright, and everyone looks so warm and happy. I saw a few red dresses there I want...

My Goodness Koos

Do tell!

Is that not a golf course?
With the carefully coiffed grass?
Not to mention the desecrated sand trap?

But, then again, I am not a golfer...

Thank you so much for the virtual tour of the wedding (party).
On a personal note, it makes me realise that we are, at heart, scenery and soul, all not that far away.
And for that I am even more thankful.

Love
Dale

Thanks Anne-Marie, Grace and Dale for these wonderful warm comments. I enjoy watching this photo most of all the ones I have taken there. It is great to see people who clearly hang together and are happy for it.

Normally it seems unflattering to take pictures from below the waistline, but I think this an exception.

I like the idea that distances aren't really an issue. Today we 'proved' that partly by travelling all the way to Paris to spend a few hours in the company of MargieCM and her family (!!!!!!)

I just saw the photos on Val's blog. It made me homesick for Europe and that great day we had in 2006, but I am so happy you both got to meet Margie and her family and spend the day in Paris.
